HINTUITIVE COACHING – Course Terms & Cancellation Policy By enrolling in a course ("Course") provided by HINTUITIVE COACHING ("we" or "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. Payment & Enrollment Full payment is required to confirm enrollment. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except as stated below. Ensure the Course is suitable before purchasing, as fees are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations & Refunds If you cannot attend, you may transfer your enrollment to someone else by emailing hello@hintuitivecoaching.com before the Course start date. If we cancel or reschedule, you may choose a full refund or credit for a future Course. 3. Technical Requirements You are responsible for having the necessary equipment and stable internet access. No refunds will be provided due to technical issues on your end. 4. Course Content & Intellectual Property All materials are owned by HINTUITIVE COACHING and are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited without written consent. 5. Privacy & Data Protection Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and is used solely for Course administration. 6. Conduct & Removal We expect professional conduct during the Course. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without notice and reimbursement. 7. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the Course fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect losses. 8.
