By purchasing a coaching pass or booking a private coaching session ("Session") with HINTUITIVE COACHING ("we" or "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. Payment & Booking All coaching Sessions must be prepaid. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. If purchasing via a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. 2. Payment Plan Cancellations If you cancel a coaching pass before all payments are completed, the remaining balance must be paid in full immediately. Sessions already paid for will be honored, but any unpaid future sessions are forfeited. No refunds, credits, or rollovers are provided for unused Sessions. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule a Session with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing hello@hintuitivecoaching.com. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows result in loss of the Session with no refund or rescheduling. If we need to reschedule, we will offer an alternative date. 4. Session Duration & Late Arrivals Sessions start and end on time. If you are late, the Session will still end at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the Session is forfeited with no refund or reschedule. 5. Coaching Agreement & Responsibilities Coaching provides guidance and support, but you are responsible for your progress and results. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial advice. 6. Confidentiality & Privacy All Sessions are confidential, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm). Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 7. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching pass or Session. We are not responsible for indirect losses. 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. For questions, contact hello@hintuitivecoaching.com.
